Phil LeMaster

- Interim Senior Minister

Phil has served at FCC as our Adult Minister (small groups, discipleship, assimilation) since August of 2006. He also assumed the interim preaching role in January 2010 as our pulpit committee began the search for a new senior minister. Ailene Allen

Ailene has four children and nine grand-daughters. She has been a member of FCC since 1986. She is retired from BellSouth, and has been on staff since 1996.

Christy Anderson

Christy grew up here at Francklin Christian. She is a graduate of Johnson Bible College. Christy works with our Jr. High girls.

Gail Bivins

Gail and her husband, Jeff have two daughters. Gail has been on staff at FCC since 2003. Her duties include overseeing the Children’s ministry and our MOPS ministries, and she is actively involved in Bible Bowl.

Andy Cox

- Youth Minister

Andy and his wife Kayleen have two children. Andy grew up in Norfolk, VA and attended Roanoke Bible College in Elizabeth City, NC. During college he took on his first Youth Ministry position on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. After college he accepted a position at a church in Columbia, NC where he stayed the next 10 years. In 1999 he moved to Tennessee to work with Interlinc, a Christian music resource Company that develops music-based curriculum for Youth Leaders. He began attending FCC and immediately became a youth sponsor and got involved with the student ministry. In November of 2003, he joined the staff as the full-time Student Minister.

Jack Halloway

Jack and his wife Wanda have been attending FCC since 1999. They have two children, Marcy, who is married to Andy Cookingham who also attends FCC and Kyle who is currently a student at MTSU. Jack also serves as an elder for FCC and chairs the finance committee.

Greg Johnson

Greg Johnson has been a member of Franklin Christian Church since 1986. He lives in Spring Hill with his wife Kellie, daughters Libby and Jessica and son J.T. Greg is currently serving as interim worship administrator at FCC.

Tammy Underhill

Tammy and her husband, Tony have three children: Dylan, Makayla and Rebekah. Tammy grew up in Oklahoma and she came with her family to FCC in 2000. She has been on staff since March of 2008. Tammy is also in charge of our Sr. Bible Bowl.

Kathy Wagner
