Adults
The Bible teaches that living the Christian life means constantly growing and maturing in our faith in and knowledge of God. The Bible also teaches that this growth is best accomplished within what we call “biblical community.” What is biblical community? According to Acts 2:42-47, a biblical community:
- Studies God’s Word (Acts 2:42)
- Participates in corporate worship (Acts 2:42)
- Maintains a sense of awe about God (Acts 2:43)
- Is committed to each other (Acts 2:44)
- Cares for each other (Acts 2:45)
- Fellowships together (Acts 2:46)
- Praises God (Acts 2:47)
- Evangelizes others (Acts 2:47)
The Adult Ministries at FCC exist to help provide these opportunities. Key components include the following:
